pstlyfdiva's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sickness and Documents I have had an upper respiratory infection for two weeks. I went to the doc on the 6th and got antibiotics and a decongestant. Started to get a little better, I stopped thinking my head was going to pop off from the headaches. That is always a plus. But never quite got to the finish line. Boo! Hiss! Over the weekend we went bowling for C’s little sister’s 9th birthday, while there I started hacking and coughing. I hoped it was just from the smoke there and from out on Saturday night. By the time we got home I couldn’t stop coughing a deep old man cough. C hates when I cough an old man cough, she thinks I am going to hurt myself. I broke down and went back to the doc yesterday. This time she gave me a heavy duty cough medicine and a heavier decongestant. I planned on going to work yesterday, but she told me it would really be best to go home and sleep. Glad I did, I slept from about 10am-3:30pm. On a different note, I cannot find my passport. I also cannot remember when the last time I got it renewed was. If it was before the last time I went to France it is valid, if it was older, it is not. This is not good; we are leaving for our trip in like 6 weeks. I don’t have a copy of my birth certificate, so I have to have it! I thought I knew were it was, in a file box. We finally found the file box this weekend, it wasn’t there.
